Cook Grenache 2007 is a spicy, earthy red with dark forest fruits and good supple tannins and rich coffee mouthfeel. From a single vineyard of very old vines in the village of Tautavel.

Cook Chardonnay 2007 has lots of personality - tropical fruit, texture and fresh vanilla notes with a crisp, mineral finish. From a single vineyard of high-altitude Chardonnay vines in Caudiès.

I have selected and supervised the elevage of the wines personally and am very proud of them! Only around 2600 bottles of each wine are available, so they will disappear fast! The white is made to be drunk over the next year or so, whilst the red will cellar for up to 5 years.
The wines are priced at £6.99 per bottle, so total cost for a 12 bottle case including courier delivery in the UK is £90. Orders can be mixed red and white - staff will ask what you would like - and minimum order is one case of twelve bottles (mixed).
